Serenity (serenitycorpus.com, "Serenity", "we", "us") is operated by Srikanth Dindakurti, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using this website, casting a chart, generating a reading, signing in, or purchasing words, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Serenity computes birth charts using established astronomical ephemeris calculations and reads them through two classical, widely practiced systems of Indian astrology: the Vedic (Parashari) system and Krishnamurti Paddhati (KP). The astronomical computations — planetary positions, house cusps, periods — are performed with high numerical precision. The written readings and the chat answers are generated by artificial intelligence (Claude, a large language model by Anthropic) from your computed chart data.
Everything Serenity produces — readings, chat answers, timings, assessments — is an opinion derived from your birth chart under traditional astrological methodology, offered for reflection, self-understanding, and informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee, promise, or warrant anything: not the accuracy of any description of your past or present, not the occurrence or non-occurrence of any future event, and not the fitness of any reading for any purpose. Astrological interpretation is not a scientifically verified method of prediction, and no outcome of any kind is assured.
The relevance of any reading depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth date, time, and place you provide. Even small inaccuracies in birth time can change a chart materially. You are solely responsible for the data you enter.
Readings and chat answers are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, or matrimonial advice, and are not a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals. Do not make, delay, or avoid any decision — including decisions about health, treatment, money, career, legal matters, relationships, or marriage — on the basis of anything Serenity produces. Any action you take based on the service is entirely at your own risk and your own responsibility.
Interpretations are generated by an AI language model without review by a human astrologer. AI systems can produce content that is incomplete, imprecise, or wrong, and may occasionally misread the computed data they are given. By using Serenity you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Serenity.
Signing in requires only your email address, verified by a one-time code. You are responsible for maintaining access to and the security of your email account; anyone who controls your email can access your Serenity account.
Chat with the resident astrologer is metered in words generated. New accounts receive a free allowance so you can evaluate the service before paying. Additional words are sold in prepaid packs. Words have no cash value, are non-transferable and non-encashable, do not expire, and may be used only within Serenity. Prices and pack contents may change at any time; changes never affect words already credited. Purchases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy — in short, all sales are final once words are credited.
Your discussions are ordinarily saved to your account for your convenience, and you can download any discussion as a document at any time. However, we make no promise and accept no obligation to retain chat history, in whole or in part, for any period. History may be modified, purged, or lost at any time, with or without notice, and its availability is not part of what you purchase. If a discussion matters to you, export it.
You agree not to: access the service by automated means or circumvent its rate limits and metering; create accounts with false or disposable identities to farm free allowances; resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit readings or the service; probe, disrupt, or overload our systems; or use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harm any person. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or payment reversal abuse; balances attributable to fraud or abusive chargebacks may be forfeited.
The Serenity software, design, computations, and content are our property or used under licence. The birth details and questions you submit remain yours; you grant us a licence to process them solely to provide the service to you.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to the service or anything it produces; (b) we shall not be liable for any decision made or action taken by you or anyone else in reliance on any reading or chat answer; and (c) our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to Serenity in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
You may stop using Serenity at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or abuse of the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 2, 3, 10, 11, 12, and 15) survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to the service.
